Order and Payment
We are currently shipping out under normal circumstances. Although, the shipping couriers are undergoing heavy volume so your tracking information may be delayed. If you are an international purchaser, your country may be holding imports before processing them. For more information on this, we suggest contacting your countries customs department.
What are pre-sale or pre-order products?A pre-sale or pre-order is a new product that is available for sale before it's in stock and ready to ship. All estimated shipment times will be displayed on the product page of the pre-order product.
What methods of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Amazon pay and prepaid gift cards from all major banks.
At the moment, we do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.
Can I exchange an order once I've placed it?
Once you place an order it is final. If the product you want to change or exchange is a pre-order product, at our discretion, you may exchange it up to 24 hours before the pre-order campaign ends.
Do you accept returns?
If there is an issue with the order you receive, please reply to your order confirmation email so we can directly handle your case.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, your payment is secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption security techniques. The payment provider we work with (Stripe) is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable) and uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption to ensure all payments are secure.
What currency is used?
All payments are processed in USD. We may have a currency toggler available for your convenience. The currency displayed within the checkout process will be in USD, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping and Delivery
The map is showing a location that isn't near my shipping address, should I be concerned?The map shown shown may not be 100% accurate, and is for informational purposes only. All orders will be shipped to the shipping address shown within your order confirmation page and email.
When will I receive my items?
The items estimated shipping date may be indicated on the items product page. Once the item is shipped, standard shipping time is applied. If your order has multiple items with different estimated shipping dates, you may receive your items appropriate to the latest shipping date in your order.
You can always view the link in your confirmation email to visit your order summary page.
Once shipped, US shipments (depending on shipping method) will take 2-9 business days and international shipments will take 4-20 business days to be delivered.
South America, South Africa, Middle East and Asia located countries orders may take 1-3 months to be delivered once shipped. Order at your own risk.
Can I update my shipping address?
If your shipping address is insufficient, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email immediately. We cannot guarantee we are able to update your shipping address and are not responsible for insufficient shipping addresses. If your package is unable to be delivered, it will likely be returned to us. Once returned, we will contact you for a reshipment to an updated shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries all over the world with the exception of countries that we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and USPS restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your country you will be notified at checkout and your purchase will be blocked.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page. Your shipping costs will depend on shipping weight, shipping method and destination.
I'm being asked to pay a customs fee to receive my parcel, can you help?
We are not responsible for import taxes charged by your government. All customers are responsible for any customs/VAT fees.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Most products are eligible for returns. Please contact support if you're unhappy with your order and we'll happily investigate further.
